How to obtain the template
- Register for portal access with your organization's information.
- Verify your email and acknowledge the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Download DV-CMP-004 — Data Processing Agreement Template from the gated document library.
- Review with your counsel; markup or redline as appropriate.
- Return executed copies to your account contact for countersignature.
Status disclosure
The current template is a draft. Data Visuals LLC has not yet completed external counsel review. Institutions executing a DPA should treat the template as a starting point and conduct their own legal review. Data Visuals LLC expects to mark the template as counsel-reviewed in a subsequent revision; the version stamp on the document will reflect that change.
