NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This NDA is entered into by Data Visuals LLC ("Discloser") and the registrant ("Recipient").

1. Confidential Information. All non-public information disclosed through the DataVisuals Trust Center portal.

2. Obligations. Recipient agrees to hold Confidential Information in strict confidence and use solely for evaluating or managing a vendor relationship with Data Visuals LLC.

3. Exceptions. Does not apply to publicly available, previously known, independently developed, or legally required information.

4. Term. Three (3) years from acknowledgment.

5. No Warranty. Information provided "as is."
