How agreements relate to the platform
EULA is the universal terms of use, captured at every account signup (Free, paid, and Enterprise admin-provisioned). Revisions trigger a re-acknowledgment prompt at next login.
NDA gates access to the detailed compliance documentation library — policies, platform architecture, and compliance artifacts that go beyond what a public trust center publishes. Captured during portal registration with audit-trail (timestamp, IP, user agent, version) so accepted-state is true by default for any newly-registered account.
DPA is offered as a draft template for procurement teams that require a Data Processing Agreement alongside a subscription. Counsel review is recommended before execution; see the DPA workflow page for details.
